Kalau dia tidak mau latihan dengan orang lain maka minta dia latihan dengan instruktur di luar kelas, melalui chat atau voice notes di luar kelas. Kirimkan dia tugas setiap hari untuk membalas voice notes instruktur. Dalam voice notes berikan saja 10 pertanyaan terkait pelajaran yang baru dia pelajari atau yang sulit dia pahami.
Contoh: Okay Pak, if you don’t want to practice with others Indonesian then you have to practice with me. I will send you voice notes everyday and please answer all my voice notes so that you have daily practice with your Bahasa Indonesia.
