Beritahukan murid bahwa feedback diberikan kalau ada kekurangan dari performa murid, kalau dia tidak mau ada feedback maka dia harus bisa menunjukkan hasil yang sempurna supaya tidak perlu diberikan feedback. Contoh: Pak, thank you for letting me know, but please understand that my feedback is only meant to help you learn, nothing more, and I only give feedback to my students if they need it, if you don’t want to hear any feedback anymore, then you need to improve you skill so that I don’t need to give you feedback anymore.
