# I have read about your course description, but may I add the lesson I want to study like vocabularies for healthcare?

*Our curriculum is designed in such a way as to make learners master the language step by step. It will start from building a strong base of the language to demonstrating a higher level of proficiency. *

*Therefore, your instructor will make some adjustments like adding vocabulary related to your field starting from Independent User B1 as you already build a strong foundation in Basic User A1 and A2. Learning too many vocabularies especially when the target is a daily conversation in Basic User would make you overwhelmed and confused in practising the language. We speak from our experience.*
